Q: Are Big Feet Pajamas made for men and women?
A: Yes! Both men and women wear Big Feet Pajamas. They are gender non-specific (unisex).
Q: Do you make footed pajamas for children?
A: Yes! We offer infant / toddler sizes from 12 months - 4T and we offer kids sizes from XS - L View our infant and toddler pajamas in the childrens section of www.bigfeetpjs.com.
Q: Do you sell to wholesale accounts?
A: Yes, please contact our business development department at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if you qualify.
Q: Do you offer an affiliate program?
A: Yes, please contact Commission Junction at www.cj.com to learn about becoming an affiliate for The Big Feet Pajama Company.
Q: Do you ship to APO addresses?
A: Yes, postal costs are calculated at check out based on the weight of the package and its destination.
Q: Do Big Feet Pajamas run true to size?
A: Because Big Feet Pajamas are unisex, they run much larger than traditional sleepwear. Please consult the size chart to determine what size is right for you. Please do not deviate from the size chart to account for shrinkage. The size chart already takes shrinkage into account.
Q: Do Big Feet Pajamas come in any other patterns than those shown on the web site?
A: No, but we welcome you to check back periodically, as we will always be adding new patterns and fabrics to our line-up.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: No, we do not custom tailor pajamas.
Q: Will Big Feet Pajamas shrink?
A: Our pajamas are not pre-shrunk. With the exception of the polar fleece and the plush, you can expect some shrinkage. To minimize the possibility of shrinking, we recommend that you wash your garment in cold water and hang dry.

Q: Do Big Feet Pajamas come with a drop seat?
A: We're happy to announce that you can now obtain your Big Feet Pajamas in their most comfortable drop seat incarnation. Enjoy!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Our website calculates postal costs at checkout based on the weight of the package and destination. Many countries charge a tariff on imports. That varies from country to country. Big Feet Pajamas is not responsible for tariff charges.
Q: Do you have a retail catalog?
A: Yes! View our Retail Catalog PDF. Requests for us to print and mail you a catalog can be made to email@example.com All retail sales are done via our website or by phone at (888) 682-3338.
Refunds and Exchanges
Q: What is your refund or exchange policy?
A: You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return your product for an Exchange or 30 Days for a Refund.
(EXCEPT Purchases made in November or December have until February 1st)
Either way, please include a written request with specific instructions on how you would like us to handle your return. All items returned must be in their Original and Resale Condition; neither washed nor worn.
They must be neatly folded and packaged upon return. Those items sent back in unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a $5 pressing/cleaning fee.
EXCHANGES - If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different style or size you must also include Detailed Instructions. If your shipping address outside the US, include a Check for Reshipment Charges, per the following schedule:
- $14 for First Pair of Pjs; add $2 per additional pair
- Include a check or instructions to bill MC, VISA or PayPal for these International Shipping Charges
REFUNDS - Big Feet Pajama Co. will refund the full cost of the garment if all of the above conditions are met. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your instructions and/or check is not included in your package, there will be no action taken.

We are not responsible for items that are sent out and not received by our offices. We suggest that you insure all packages sent to us.
Refunds, of returned items that reduce order totals sufficient to disqualify the order for free shipping or other rewards or discounts previously applied, will be adjusted by the amount of the shipping, reward, or discount.
