Ordering and shipment confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive two emails from The first email is a receipt/confirmation which will arrive within minutes of submitting your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with any tracking information provided to us from USPS or FedEx.

Order Ship Date

Orders received by 12:30 PM PST/3:30 PM EST will ship that business day. Orders received after 12:30 PM PST will ship the next business day.

Shipping Time

USA - Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, shipping address, and shipping method selected. Your shopping cart at will calculate your exact shipping charges for each shipping method available for your order: Standard Expedited Next Day

Expedited Shipping?

In addition to USPS & FedEx ground shipping, we do offer 2nd Day and Next Day delivery. All expedited orders placed before 12:30pm PST Monday - Friday will ship on the same day. Free shipping promotions are ground transit shipping only.

*Terms & Conditions of Free Shipping Promotions:

  • 1. Free shipping applies only if the customer agrees that the entire order will be shipped at once. Split shipment deliveries will incur shipping charges.
  • 2. Applies to shipments within the contiguous United States (48 states). This does not included APO/FPO addresses.
  • 3. Free Shipping benefits are lost if returned items reduce order total below the free shipping qualifying amount. In this instance actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund or credits.

International Shipping

Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.

Economy International Shipping

Delivery in 2-4 weeks after placing your order.

Packages will be shipped via USPS First Class delivered by your local post office or other carrier.

Standard International Shipping

Delivery in 5 - 9 business days after placing your order.

Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority or FedEx International.

Tracking information is available.

Express International Shipping

Delivery in 1-5 business days after placing your order, selecting USPS Express or FedEx International.

PO Boxes

Orders to international PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS and then delivered by your local post office. Tracking information is not available. Delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks.

Customs and Duties


All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order, BigFeetPJs cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Canadian Customers

GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your order is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order date. Exception: Orders placed in November and December have until February 1st for returns. The returned item must be unworn, unwashed in their original resale condition with tags attached. You are responsible for return shipping charges, labels and packaging. Returns should include the packing slip and include your instructions for exchange or refund.

Big Feet Pajama Company will ship your exchange item anywhere in the USA free of charge. Please be sure to indicate which style, color or size we should send in replacement of your returned item.

All refunds for qualifying returned items will be credited back to the method used for payment, for the original amount paid less the amount of promotional considerations received. These promotional considerations include, but are not limited to, free shipping, BOGO, tier discounts, etc. and will only reduce refund amounts when the returned item(s) impact or disqualify the original promotional offer.

Refunds on returns beyond 30 days may be approved for a store credit. Exception: Orders placed in November and December have until February 1st for returns.
